The Pines of Westfield is a small community tucked away just south of downtown Westfield, Indiana. The subdivision was developed in 1995 with construction of the first custom home in 1996. Consisting of 64 lots with custom homes ranging in size from 1,900 square foot – 5,600 square foot. Designed to keep as much of the natural flow of the land and trees as possible, the developer created the subdivision to be not only small but unique. With two ponds in the subdivision, the main one is the largest that residents have access to fish and enjoy. Secluded and a bit smaller, the second pond is where residents who live around the perimeter enjoy this picturesque water feature right out their back door. With a large common area that runs along Cool Creek, the subdivision provides residents access to walk through the woods and to the Creek if they want to get into nature. Connecting to trail systems from other neighborhoods, the Pines of Westfield provides easy access to Cool Creek, the Midland Trace and Monon Trail systems. We are just a short walk or bike ride into downtown Westfield, Grand Junction Plaza or Cool Creek Park. As well, the Grand Park Sports Complex and Clay Terrace shopping are just a short drive.
